To make a children's bike safe, the rider needs to be able to brake efficiently and confidently. The custom-sized V-Brakes we have used are calibrated for age, ability and ergonomic fit, and they are made of non-flexing, strong and light alloy. The light weight alloy rims ensure pedalling is easier, but more importantly the alloy rims are a more efficient braking surface than cheaper, chrome-plated steel rims, and are therefore safer.

The light weight alloy rims ensure pedalling is easier, but more importantly the alloy rims are a more efficient braking surface than cheaper, chrome-plated steel rims, and are therefore safer.
This bike will be shipped un-built in it's standard bike box. Pushys strongly recommend that this bike MUST be built by a trained mechanic, at a bike shop, or a mobile bike mechanic. Any assembly undertaken without professional assistance is at the customer's risk and any damage resulting from faulty assembly will not be covered by the warranty.
