Why are prices in your store different from those quoted on your website?

Our retail store outlet allows you the opportunity to physically handle and test sizes of our products before making your purchase. Unfortunately because of this, our retail store incurs costs that are not a part of our online business. These costs include stocking of the shelves, handling and displaying the product in store, as well as the cost of professionally trained staff who will provide you with the best expert advice for all of your cycling needs. For this reason, our online store prices are usually cheaper than those at our physical retail shop outlet.

Is This Item In Stock?

The simple answer to this question is YES! All items that can be added to your shopping cart (when the "add to cart button" is displayed) we currently have in stock. Pushys Bike Gear only sells items that are In Stock and does not do drop shipping, which means what you order will be shipped to you quickly. If you do find an item that is out of stock that you are interested in, please don't hesitate to contact us and ask if we can order it for you.

Are My Order Details Secure?

Yes, your personal and order information is secure when ordering with Pushys Online. Pushys.com.au uses a secure, encrypted shopping cart to ensure all your personal and banking details are kept safe. Our systems don't store your full banking information. We use PayPal Payflo for all our online transactions, which means that we employ the highest possible security to protect your banking and your order information. What If The Items I Order Don't Fit?

If any of the products you purchase are faulty, don't fit right, or do not work as expected, please contact us to arrange to have them exchanged or refunded. Please use the contact form at the bottom of the page for any queries with returns (remember to quote your order number when doing so).

Can I Go And Pick Up, Or Buy These Items From The Retail Stores?

The simple answer to this question is no. Our retail stores and online website all carry different stock ranges, availability and pricing. Can I Pick Up From Your Online Warehouse?

Unfortuantely no. Our online warehouse is not setup for customers to come and pick up their orders. This would pose an occupational health and safty risk (OH&S) as there are many trucks coming and going throughout the day. The warehouse also contains equipment that is unsuitable and dangerouse to use around customers.
