This handmade XP Series tyre combines a supple, bead-to-bead reinforced Super Polyester casing with SMARThydro tread compound, optimizing wet surface traction. Challenge's new Easy-Fit Shape moulding process gently pre-forms the tire for easier mounting and inflation.
This Challenge TLR model is Hookless Rim Compatible.

- Rugged High Performance – Extra Protection under the tread and in the sidewalls make XP the choice for rough pavement and gravel routes where sidewall cuts are common.
- CASING: Super Polyester 260TPI
- Super Polyesters with higher thread counts of 220-300tpi make up Challenge's most affordable handmade casings. Polyester is much softer and stronger then nylon, is impervious to water and quite durable.
- COMPOUND: SMARThydro
- The same low rolling resistance of the SMARTprime compound with improved wet-weather grip. SMARThydro forms the basis of their most versatile tyres.
- CASING REINFORCEMENT: Silver + Gold
