For anyone who seeks the thrill of speed on the roughest dirt roads, but wants more than a simple carbon frame, here is a bike with a soul, steeped in tradition, handmade in Italy by the master craftsmen of Cambiago

The C68 Gravel is a fast, solid and precise gravel bike that is fun to ride. The tyre clearance for tyres up to 42 mm is the best balance between speed and rideability. The modular construction and the clean, detail-oriented design make it unique. The savoir-faire of the same hands that made the bikes of the greatest champions in cycling history continues in a model that is already a classic.

Tyres up to 42 mm

The C68 can accommodate tyres up to a nominal width of 42 mm. The choice to go no further is deliberate: the C68 Gravel is a fast, precise, snappy bike. A wider clearance would have changed its riding properties.

Compatible with suspension forks

The C68 Gravel is designed to offer a wide range of add-ons, in particular for different handlebars and suspension fork.

Bolder Gravel Geometries

The longer reach and higher stack compared to other gravel bikes in the category. This offers an ergonomically superior riding experience, perfectly tuned for more challenging landscapes, while maintaining an overall aggressive approach.

The C68 proudly continues the tradition of the modular frame.

The frame is constructed from several carbon parts that are hand-assembled in Italy through joints and interlocks. The number of parts that complete the frame is the same as the previous C series (C64).

Colnago have introduced a new process: banding.

The carbon bands are applied manually at the joint between the carbon modules, after which they are filed and polished to achieve the look of a monocoque frame with the best Colnago modular frame properties.

An art jealously guarded and handed down.

The tradition of modular carbon frames began at Colnago in the early 1990s. Colnago was the first brand in cycling history to introduce carbon frames to professional teams, winning a technically demanding race like the Paris Roubaix with the legendary C40.

Greater care and precision in module production compared to a complete frame.

The smaller moulds of the individual modules allow us to work with greater care and obtain the highest quality carbon parts.
