The core of the new Surge Pro is a Giant-engineered, full-carbon plate delivering superior efficiency with a direct, connected feel. Three-Dimensional Arch Support, exclusive EvoWrap construction, and the BOA® Fit System featuring dual Li2 dials work together to create a secure, pressure-free fit. A new, wider fit platform, including a roomier toe box design, improves comfort.

Team Jayco AlUla rider Michael Matthews, a veteran road pro with stage wins in all three grand tours, worked with the development team to help refine the fit, retention and ride feel. He put multiple prototype iterations to the test over long training days and gruelling races to help dial in every detail.
