Designed around the DVO Onyx SC fork to allow fitting the Mudhugger EVO via the 3 bolt holes in the back of the fork.

- 1 x DVO Adapter bracket
- 2 x 12mm M4 bolts
- 1 x 16mm M4 bolt (for centre hole)
