• Versatile Platform: The perfectly sized platform is ideal for securing large baskets, milk crates, or post office bins. Detachable for convenience, it's there when needed and gone when not.
• Integrated Mounts: Comes equipped with light mounts and fender mounts, ensuring the rider is prepared for all conditions.
• Compatibility: Designed to replace forks with an axle-to-crown length of approximately 400mm and a head tube angle of about 70~72 degrees. It's suitable for bikes with tyre clearances ranging from 650Bx48c to 700x42c, including models like VELOCI PLAN BIG, DISKO 80S, DISKO KING, JIMMY, SURLY CROSSCHECK, LONG HAUL TRUCKER, MIDNIGHT SPECIAL, PREAMBLE, STRAGGLER, and DISC TRUCKER. Of course, includes most of the big-hit 26" rigid fork mountain bikes.
• If the fork's axle-crown length differs from 400mm, expect changes to the bike's head tube angle, seat tube angle, and bottom bracket height. Typically, for every 10mm deviation in axle-crown length, frame angles adjust by about 1 degree, and the bottom bracket height shifts by approximately 5mm. Installing the PICK-UP FORK on a bike with an original fork longer than 400mm will make the angles steeper and lower the bottom bracket. Conversely, if the original fork is shorter than 400mm, angles will become slacker, and the bottom bracket will rise.
