This two-piece tool for external bottom brackets engages the 16 notches of the external bearing cups to allow for easy removal. The small plastic tool engages the 8 internal splines of the crank arm adjustment cap and engages 16 notches of the external bearing cups for Shimano BB9000 and to help make removal and installation easier and easier.
