The HAMAX ZENITH RELAX BABY SEAT has a beautifully elegant design with nicely tuned curves just like the Caress Baby Seat. It is suitable for children aged 9 months (approx.) and over, weighing no more than 22 kg. The seat fits bike carriers from 120-180mm wide. It requires tube diameters 10-20mm. Tubes must be round. This product is also suitable for e-bikes.

The HAMAX ZENITH RELAX BABY SEAT offers a reclining function (12,5 ) and adjustable footrests for the passenger as well as an extra footguard to prevent young ankles getting caught in the rear wheel spokes. Padded shoulder straps are included for safety and comfort and a reflector is positioned at the rear for improved low light visibility. The seats' Harness, Buckle & Footrest adjustments can all be easily operated with one hand.
Chest Buckle Adjustment
The restraint system length can be adjusted to suit the passenger. By pressing the red button, the belt loosens by pulling the buckle upwards. To tighten the restraint system just pull end of the belt straps. Then move the buckle up to secure the belt so it cannot fall down from the child's shoulders.
Removing The Carrier Adapter
The carrier adapter for luggage carrier mounting can be taken off the Zenith seat and can be replaced by a carrier bow. To do this you need to take the seat off the carrier adapter. Unscrew the knob by pushing it in and turning counterclockwise until the seat is loose enough to take off.
Changing To A Carrier Bow
To mount the carrier bar to the seat insert the carrier bow through the holes lengthwise under the seat base. Insert a carrier bow locking pin (note that this is a different part to the carrier adapter locking pin) through the holes under the seat base, keeping it in unlocked position to allow final adjustment. Insert the carrier bow into the fastening bracket on the bicycle and adjust the correct lengthwise position = max. 10 cm between the centre mark on the seat and the rear hub. After adjustment, lock the seat by turning the locking pin locking pin to locked position.

Adult and child should always wear helmets. Never leave your child alone in the bicycle child seat. Please note that the bicycle kick stand is not a suitable support to hold the bicycle while a child remains sitting in the seat.
