Delivery Times
On average, orders will arrive in 2-5 days. This depends on where you are in Australia, more in-land can take longer.
To Offer the widest range of products at the most competitive pricing, we are evolving the way we source and deliver quality products to our Pushys family.
In order to do this, Pushys utilizes multiple supply arrangements with suppliers which include a mixture of Stocked products within our Australian warehouse network, Product feed items and drop shipping from various suppliers.
For any supply option, the way you order and purchase products through our store will not change, and the way you get your order will not change, however delivery times may vary slightly depending on where we source our products from and what supply arrangement we have for a specific product. This will be communicated with you at time of purchase, and is listed within the individual product pages on our site.
We do understand that, like us, we want you to get your products in the shortest possible time and we will communicate with you,every step of the way to ensure you know when your products will be delivered.

International Shipping
All international shipping charges are cumulative.
Shipments overseas might be subject to duties and taxes specific to the country of destination and these are the responsibility of the customer. It is against the law to understate the value of items we sell and we will not do this in any circumstances.
International orders will typically arrive in 7-10 days, but please allow up to 28 days.

Pushys On Demand delivery service is now available to selected Brisbane postcodes.
This service only delivers between 6pm - 9pm
No PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers
Residential Addresses Only
The On Demand delivery service option is available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Order before 12pm to receive it between 6pm and 9pm that evening. On Demand delivery service has a flat rate of $14.90 for small to medium items only.
This is an on-demand sign-on delivery service that does not have the Authority to Leave (ATL) option. Please note that we are unable to deliver to business addresses, and the delivery address must be a residential home address. If you are not at home during the delivery, your package will not be left anywhere. If you are not home, your order will be returned to the depot, and you will be notified that the delivery attempt was made. The delivery team will make another attempt the next day during the same time window. However, if the second delivery attempt fails, the package will be returned to Pushys.

NOTE: All orders shipped by us automatically require a signature as proof of delivery. If you authorise our shipping company to leave your order unattended without signing for the delivery you do so at your own risk. Pushys and affiliated companies will not be held liable for the loss, theft or misplacement of such orders.
