Carbon Hybrid Frame
Our High Modulus carbon and Aluminium hybrid rear triangle crushes it on the trail, offering immense strength, lightweight performance, and a dynamic ride feel.
Flip chip
Situated at the lower shock mount, the Flip Chip makes it quick and easy to adjust the geometry according to the terrain and riding style. The low position provides for a more aggressive headtube angle and a bigger BB drop, ideal for fast and rough tracks. In the high position, the headtube angle is 0.5 degrees steeper and the BB is higher. The higher BB gives more ground clearance and better performance on longer steep climbs.
Shimano EP6
Offering the same 85Nm max torque as its EP801 big brother, the Shimano EP6 sets the bar for entry level E-MTB performance. Its feature packed design and cutting edge performance defy its attainable price tag, while its logic defying climbing abilities mean it's capable of crushing even the steepest climbs.
YT Custom Battery
We developed the 540 Wh battery ourselves to get more power in a smaller space. So we were able to fully integrate the battery into the down tube and also realize the clean look of a YT on the DECOY. For dependable performance and long lasting power, we use thirty battery cells of the very latest technology. The battery is fully integrated in the downtube and is held in place by two dedicated bolts. The battery can be charged both on and off the bike, and the cover, which protects the cells and electronic inside, is easy to replace in case of damage.
Integrated Powerswitch
The On-Off switch is tucked away underneath the toptube, which protects it against damage and dirt while also giving the frame a clean look.
