Discs with wear-out indicators
The wear-out indicators on the disc brake show you if it's worn and needs replacement. Usually, a disc should be replaced when the difference between a used and unused disc is 2 to 4 tenths of a millimeter. On our discs, you'll find black wear-out indicators (as seen in the photo here) that indicate when you need to replace the disc.
