- RATCHET LN: The reliability of the Ratchet System comes from the fact that each tooth engages simultaneously. In comparison, the pawl system has much smaller engagement surfaces.
- SPOKES: The 2.0 mm diameter DT champion spoke is made of steel to resist the high radial forces that occur on the wheel from the drive and brake torques.
- HUB: The E 1900 SPLINE 370 hub is now upgraded to the Ratchet LN freehub system for even higher reliability.
- RIM: Tubeless-capable, sleeved aluminium rims, featuring a specific 30mm internal width to hold the chosen line.
