HT Component pedals are chosen by the worlds fastest elite BMX racers for a reason, there just isn't any competition to HT's clip pedal design and the security they provide. Once you're clipped in, you're clipped in. The upgrades to the X3 over the X2 include a redesigned platform and the addition of a protection plate for the tensioner spring. The sealed bearing system is upgraded as wee, while spindle remains CNC'd from tough as nails CrMo.
