Rocket Tube AV48 26x1.95-2.35" - BICYCLE INNER TUBE INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
- Deflate tyre completely
- Engage tyre lever under bead of tyre, engage 2nd lever 25-30mm from 1st then pull levers toward spokes to lift tyre bead from rim
- Disengage 1 lever, move it 50mm along rim, repeat engaging levers until tyre bead loosens, then slide lever along the rim under the tyre bead to fully remove
- Remove inner tube from tyre, inspect tyre, rim tape and wheel for possible puncture causes
- Inflate new tube enough to just hold its shape
- Install tube inside tyre, ensure valve is fully extended and straight
- Work tube over rim sidewall and into centre of rim cavity
- Install tyre bead back onto rim with hands, do not use sharp objects such as screwdrivers of knifes to mount tyre
- Inflate to low pressure and check tyre bead is correctly seated on both sides
- Inflate to pressure as per guidelines on the tyre
- The use of a hand pump and wearing of saftey glasses for the inflation of inner tubes is recommended
