They feature the patented Drop-Stop ST tooth profile optimized for the Shimano 12-speed Hyperglide+ chain for the best wear life, chain retention, and mud clearance.
Compatibility
• Compatible with Shimano R9200 cranks (FC-R9200 and FC-R9200-P)
• NOT compatible with Ultegra R8100, 105 R7100, and any other Shimano cranks
• Drop-Stop ST is optimized for Shimano 12-speed Hyperglide+ chains
• Wolf Tooth’s patented Drop-Stop wide/narrow tooth profile provides the ultimate chain retention and efficiency
• Designed for 1x drivetrains. They are not compatible with 2x drivetrains
• 4 bolts are included. Torque to 5 Nm.
Recommendations
If you plan to ride in very muddy conditions, we recommend a chain guide or chain keeper in addition to a clutch-type rear derailleur. Without these precautions, you may experience chain drops and/or chain suck.
