Pushys “Win $250 Gift Voucher” Competition – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Adventure Online Pty Ltd (“Pushys”), located in Australia.
2. Eligibility
This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Pushys, their immediate families, and any associated agencies or suppliers are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period
The competition begins on 1 November 2025 and ends on 2 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Spend $100 or more in a single purchase (in-store or online at pushys.com.au).
Each qualifying transaction counts as one entry into the draw period in which it was made.
5. Prize Details
- There are 12 x $250 Pushys Gift Vouchers to be won (total prize pool value $3,000 AUD).
- One winner will be drawn every three (3) days during the Promotion Period.
- After each draw, all entries will reset. Only purchases made after the previous draw will be eligible for the next draw.
- Each $250 Gift Voucher is valid for use in-store or online at Pushys. Standard voucher terms and conditions apply.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
- Winners will be randomly drawn by Pushys every three (3) days throughout the Promotion Period.
- Winners will be contacted via email and announced on Pushys’ social media channels.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, Pushys reserves the right to redraw the prize.
7. General Conditions
- Entries are valid only for the draw period in which they are submitted.
- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
- Pushys reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant found to have tampered with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
- Pushys is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or lost entries.
- By entering, participants agree to Pushys using their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this competition will be handled in accordance with the Pushys Privacy Policy, available at pushys.com.au/privacy-policy.
9. Promoter’s Rights
Pushys reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
